After hearing the price, I went into a little bit of a shock as I've never paid what I was quoted for getting my hair done. So, I told her what I wanted and decided I would trust her completely. One of the best decisions I've made for my hair. I told her I was open. And, she still included me in the plan, asked permission, explained the process, was very professional, and thought of EVERYTHING a client may want or need to feel comfortable and taken care of. My hair feels healthier than it has in years. It was the perfect length for what I needed (all the dead gone and functional for working out in hot weather).Seriously, if you got curly hair, do yourself a favor and see Kristen. “My hair is down to my waistline and I had a terrible thing happen to me where my hair was ripped out in several spots and matted all the way up to my scalp. My hair started to develop cornrows and really bad almost looking dread locks. Tracy worked on my hair almost 3 hours with such a soft touch brushing it out and still minimal loss after all the loss I already experienced. She washed and deep conditioned it. Then cut about 5 inches that's all! Yes my hair in the back is different lengths but what she did was a miracle. She is my HAIR GODDESS! I am forever grateful for her. “I hadn't had my hair touched since 2019 due to covid, and was now 9 months pregnant. I was looking to get my hair done before baby arrived, plus I wanted to look and feel good! I'm biracial, wear my hair naturally. Mikesha was on time and professional. She listened to what I wanted and looked at a few photos I brought in, while also making some suggestions herself. She ended up taking my wild untouched curls into the cutest short cut that frames my face and shows off my curls. I am obsessed! She did my big chop in a timely manner too. Her salon was comfortable and all covid precautions were observed. I will DEFINITELY be returning in the future. My only regret is that I didn't take "before" photos so I could show the absolutely AMAZING job she did with my horrendous overly-processed, fried, terrible bleach job that I had done at another salon. Just picture a frizzy poodle. That's what I looked like. But after Adrienne working her magic with a keratin treatment, my hair is *beyond* silky, shiny and can't-stop-touching-it soft! Not only is Adrienne a miracle-worker with hair, she's also incredibly sweet, and super easy to chat with. I felt like I had known her for years, even though this was my first time to the salon.
