Always a wonderful experience with this towing company. Employee Victor should be promoted for his outstanding customer service. Answered all my questions, very polite and knows his stuff. I waited about 15 minutes man that was quick. Thank you Victor for the assurance that West Hills Towing/AAA got my back
Mathew was such a great help. Not only did he replace my battery with easy, but he also answered and explained all about battery, tires, and electronics in my car that are connected with tires and batteries. Mathew is simply awesome! Thank you.
I had a great experience with West Hills Towing, dispatched through AAA. Chris from their team arrived promptly and immediately checked my car battery. He clearly explained the situation, walked me through the options, and quickly replaced the dead battery on the spot. I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was—everything was done in no time. Professional, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend!
