Mario was extremely professional and knowledgeable on getting my car hooked and dropped at the auto shop for me. Especially how he back the car into the shop. Payment was easy to make and arrived 20 mins after I called the tow. Way better than what the ratings are showing. Highly recommend.
Edited to add: His name was Mario! Thank you Mario you were so amazing today I appreciate you 🙏🏽. I left my AirPod in his truck and he kept it at the office for me to retrieve. Nobody hardly goes above and beyond anymore so I truly appreciated that.
In a stressful situation, Day & Night Towing truly came through for me. My car broke down today on the way to the auto repair shop, and I called them. Within 20–30 minutes, I was picked up and on my way.
I wish I remembered my driver’s name because he was such a sweetheart, super helpful, friendly, and fast. He went above and beyond to make the situation easier for me, and I really appreciated it.

I also wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars, just to help improve their rating. I believe we would be hard-pressed to find ANY tow truck company with a 5 star rating - to me 2.6 represents the people that needed help, the missing 2.4 stars are individuals whose vehicle HAD to be towed. I tend not to rely on reviews, and reserve judgement based on my own experience - so far, the difference between other towing vendors and Day & Night has been day and night, their level of customer service has been outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and so far pretty efficient. Mario has been great!!
