Garbage place, bad service, and they charge you more than what they have established, but of course that is what they are dedicated to stealing money from people supported by the PARKING VIOLATION BUREAU of the State of California

Bait and switch! I called to check the price and they told me $80 for towing my car but when the the tow truck arrived they said it’s $80 for service call but $160 for tow services. I specifically told them the model of the car and the distance over the phone but they changed the price when the truck arrived. Unacceptable!

If your car is stolen and you can’t afford to pay them the evicerating unreasonable storage fees, they will sell your car at auction, so you’re victimized X2+and if you can afford to get it out, there will likely be things missing from inside, especially if those things are irreplaceable. Racket in every sense of the word. These people need to be held accountable for the stolen cars they stole again and turned to profit.
