El Proyecto Del Barrio provides a pleasant experience for its patients. The staff is friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile to assist with issues such as insurance and vaccination transfers. The doctors, including Dr. Lana Flipo and Dr. Zhaleh, are attentive and caring, taking the time to address patients' concerns and provide necessary referrals. Despite some issues with the phone call system, the staff is not to blame and deserves praise for their hard work. Patients have been impressed with the service and care received, and highly recommend the practice.
I have been here a few times so I'll just share my experience. For the most part, people here were very friendly towards me. I don't know if maybe I just had good luck or something because everytime I called to schedule appointments etc I usually got a person very quick. Parking was always available too. But lately the last few times I tried calling I feel like they never pick up. I wish there was a way to cancel appointments online or something because who has time to keep calling back when you're working full time? I rarely ever cancel but when I've had to I try to let them know out of common courtesy but it's a hassle now to speak to someone over the phone. It's not the worst experience I've had but certainly not the best. I will say I do love my doctor though!
Y’all better check this place out the people at the desk are very unprofessional. You try to get your appointment on time. They change your appointment even though you’re at one minute late five minutes late they don’t care they unchanged it. You really don’t want to take your lady that’s pregnant cause they’ll keep you hours from waiting like that so you had to change your appointment because of their fault cause lack of service they always chitchatting at desk, unprofessional talking about personal stuff life when they should be focused into work this common. Other people have said That’s why this place is at 2.2 rating star to lack of service
I can’t believe, more than 1 hour 1/2 trying to communicate with someone at Proyecto del Barrio and they never answered my call .. Horrible service. They play music and after 5 minutes waiting they hang up ..
