For it being my first appointment, I got it quickly and everyone is friendly. I didn't wait that long for them to call me, but I did wait to see the doctor, but I guess it's because the place is very busy, there are a lot of people who go to this place and it's no wonder it takes a long time. little but from there I had a good first experience

My mom was a new patient in Northeast Valley Health Clinic in Canoga and this Clinic Is so amazing! The staff is extremely polite and kind. Aaron help to my mom and he made it such a sweet and great experience. Super friendly staff.Thank you guys! Specially thank you Aaron!

Terrible at phone calls!!! Will leave you in the phone for 30 mins and then talk to you and leave you on the phone, then hang up, terrible phone service. Also, not time conscious. I went in for an appointment once, I had to get back to school after. They took FOREVER, and all I needed was my physical done. However, I only gave this place 2 stars because the nurse and my doctor herself, they are really sweet and adhere to my needs. The workers are overall great, the service just needs to be better of the place itself.
