AWS is one of the very few suppliers of ProVia windows that I found in the Bay Area, and they helped me get exactly what I wanted. I'm generally an informed customer and I appreciate when someone understands my needs and doesn't try to upsell or sway me as many contractors do. Since I had the measurements and specs, the entire order process went over email, as any modern company should do, and we were done before other companies even picked up the phone to call back. They have also been very understanding when my construction project was trailing and they accommodated the delivery and installation to suit my schedule.

“We interviewed 3 companies and chose Peninsula to replace 4 sets of exterior French doors. Their response, attention, timing and price were factors in making our decision. They made several suggestions that we hadn't considered that were very beneficial. They stayed true to schedule and completed the job in 3 days. The real bonus is that their team is wonderful. Nice, considerate, clean, neat and willing to do extra to please. We enjoyed having them at our house and felt comfortable giving them a key so we could continue with our daily schedule. Two major notes. . we wanted to keep hardware that we had recently purchased and they were fine with that while other companies insist on selling you their hardware; the other factor is they paint the doors both inside and out at the shop! I provided them with our paint colors and they had everything perfect. They brought the paint to do minor touch ups when they completed the job, reinstalled our alarm contacts and assured us if we need anything they would be happy to come back out. We couldn't be happier!!!“
