“Entry door was purchased from Sivan Windows way back then in February 2023. The contractor installed the door but the bottom ends leave a quarter gap on the bottom when the said door was shut and viewed from the inside. Sivan windows sent their crew and checked what the problem was. Week later, their repair guy came back with the parts and made appropriate adjustment to the hinges to correct the issue free of charge. Foremost, I want to thank Raymond Alvarez for his help to get everything taken care of course, to Elvis the scheduler who took the task of sending his best repair guy, Ramiro.
