We had a great experience when we had them help my mom with her windows. The windows were great, and it was just an all-around wonderful experience. We will be contacting them for Texcoat. We had a great experience from start to finish, with great communication too.
Ed was very knowledgeable and informative about the products and services they provide. He took the time to answer all my questions and was honest about my needs for solar based on my usage of electricity. He didn't try to sell me more than I need.
Mike Polisso was super friendly, professional and personable, spent a good amount of time with us, measuring, explaining about the company, different products and features of the windows and doors. He did a wonderful job educating us as this was our first foray into replacement windows. We were very impressed with him and his presentation, as well as the company and product. While we weren't quite ready to make a purchase, he was very helpful and kind throughout our time together.
