I had very good experience with Bill Hamilton Roofing, starting initial inteface and signing contract with Kelly, who was easy to interface and extremely prompt. During the project phase, Brandon kept me well updated, and Bill Hamilton team took good care of city permit and approvals. Everthing went very smoothly.
Very good roofer! Leon inspected our roof, found it in fine condition, and made no recommendations for repairs. They have repaired other roofs for us before, and their work is good, and their prices are better than other estimates by far.
We were very pleased with the service by Bill Hamilton Roofing when they installed our new IB membrane flat roof in 2018. During the massive rainstorm on 12/31/22, we found water dripping from our ceiling. (It turned out that another contractor accidentally damaged the roof last spring.) I called BHR's emergency number, and got a call back within 20 minutes. Within a couple of hours, Chino and Humberto showed up (on New Years Eve in a downpour!), and were friendly, professional, and efficient. They found the problem, did a temporary fix, and said the company would contact me on Tuesday after the holiday. Sure enough, I got a call at 8AM Tuesday to let me know someone would be there within the hour. Humberto arrived on time and quickly installed a permanent patch--in time for the expected storm on Wednesday. This was definitely "above and beyond" service. We were happy with Bill Hamilton Roofing when they installed our roof, and are even more pleased with the outstanding customer service they provided in this emergency.
