So we live at a complex that has a vetted A/C contractor which is Atlas Trillo A/C.... this the interaction with their tech 7/1/2020 Thanks for the non service of a useless call..the tech from Atlas Trillo walked in and without doing any type of assessment or looking at the system, he informed that the last installation of unit of roof was too hard. Informed me to call ColdCraft air to work on it. I will inform management group at University Garden so they can remove you from vetted list of approved contractors 7/6/2020 Such a simple fix....levels were good, all the electrical parts were good, we were just running it too cold...the gentleman who showed up, checked all the levels and diagnosised the problem...sound advice for running an older system...Jorge Martinez was awesome!!!
