“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together. We asked the team to help expedite the entire project due to school starting and holidays—and we would make fast decisions along the way. This was a complete non-structural remodel of a 4,500 sq ft home. Both my wife and I are busy professionals and don’t have the time to interface with contractors and we knew we could trust ESI. They not only completed it on time and on budget, but the results were better than we could have imagined, and the process was very collaborative and swift. When we spoke with the subs, all of whom were excellent, they would always comment: “ESI is our favorite builder to work with; very professional.” I mention that because it affects the quality of workmanship. Their entire team was excellent and we highly recommend Dave, Helida (design), Maria (PM), Joel (site sup), Jacob and Juan. Even as we added scope or made changes they were exceptionally professional and diligent to help us with making our project come to fruition with highest quality, on time, and on schedule.“

“Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to Alex for his hard work, flexibility, and great communication throughout the entire project. It was such a smooth and pleasant experience working with them to transform my backyard. They truly went above and beyond to make it beautiful.

What stood out the most was their excellent communication and after-service care. Bob was always responsive, willing to listen to my concerns, and made sure everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. Even after the project was completed, a few plants didn’t survive the hot El Dorado Hills weather (despite proper watering). Bob quickly replaced them (including Italian Cypress) as part of their aftercare service, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
