“Doctor Sara Whatley is the most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever met, she will even help u on her days off, what doctors do that? Dr Whatley will take alot of time explaining everything and if u still dont understand, Dr Whatley will call you her self and explain it again, what doctors do that, she will get done whatever is needed, no matter what, even on her days off, I've had alot of different doctors in my life, never had one like Dr Whatley.. I never want to go to a different doctor again. She makes u feel very secure about any health issues u have, and gets the job done better then any other doctor out there, I'm so glad that I found her and will never leave her care. Wont find a better caring doctor like her anywhere in Ventura county. I wish all doctors where as good as she is, would give 10 stars if I could. I recommend Dr Whatley to all patients that have the same old doctor that spends 3 mins with u, and never does anything they say, and leaves u with the feeling of not knowing anything, and just doesn't really care, I've had those doctors my whole life. Leave them and come see what a real doctor is supposed to be like!!!“

“I'm leaving this review because I was in a dire situation, needing a catheter to void my bladder because I am a L-1 spinal cord injury and I had left my backpack with all my medical supplies 2 hours away at home. I went to 5 other urgent cares and even several hospitals with ER's and no one would provide a simple catheter to me. It's not like I was asking for medication. Others wanted to check me in, sit and wait to be seen by a doctor. It was sad to say the least. So disappointing that these other facilties couldn't just provide that for me in great need. From the grace of God and caring of this urgent care they provided one for me! I was able to the bathroom and stay in Oxnard to watch my son play his club soccer game. Still a long drive back home but that was all I needed to enjoy the day. Thank you very much for your compassion for people in need and overlooking all the bureaucracy that prevent care for the simplest of need. Peace be with you!“
