Great experience so far! I had my first appointment with my OB who referred me to this office and they called me right away to set up my appointment. Very prompt and wonderful customer service. I have yet to see my doctor, but I am hoping to confirm the great experience that I have had so far.

Very rude front desk staff, hung up on my husband for a simple question. If you can’t handle customer service then you’re in the wrong profession. You never know what some people are going through and to be rude is not okay at all. Be better or change staff. Too many complaints on here for the same reason.

We've been coming here since my daughters been born (one year) Every single apt they're very nice, place is clean, the only issue is the wait time. Every appointment we show up on time then we're waiting in the room for the provider to show at least 45 minutes or longer to be seen. The whole point of the appointment is so we're not waiting long periods. I'm not sure if they're double booking or running behind but it has been the same issue for a whole year, even sick appointments. Having to wait with a newborn, baby, or 1 year old for that long is ridiculous. We end up here for over an hour.
