While some areas for improvement are noted, such as front desk customer service, overall, patients feel fortunate to receive care from this dedicated team. The center offers a wide range of services, including naturopathic expertise from Cathy Kim, who is available on Fridays. Patients describe her as smart, thoughtful, caring, and thorough, providing new and outside-the-box ideas, particularly for stroke recovery. The Urgent Care facility is also available, though it can get busy with many people waiting. Patients report a pleasant overall experience, with the doctor providing the necessary care and follow-up appointments as needed.
Dr. Eshagh at Centers For Family Health -Santa Rosa is kind, patient, and professional. She explained in detail my treatment options. The entire visit from start to finish was a great experience.

I was referred by my primary medical doctor to see a specialist here. As always I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment. I filled out some paperwork online but when I got there they said they don’t have it, so I had to fill out some paperwork again. Not a big deal.
The Urgent Care is there on one side. There were a lot of people waiting. I was seen briefly by the doctor and was asked for a follow up visit in 6 weeks time.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
