I've never experienced a worse health plan in my entire life. No one cares or bothers to help. The information they do give is always incorrect. And because of their negligence and sheer lack of care, I've been on a wild goose chase just to try and get a simple transfer from counties, because all of the providers in Ventura are too far from where I live. It's impossible to get service or find a decent provider with these people, so don't bother.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Goldcoast customer service. When I reached out for assistance, it feels like they prioritize finding ways to deny support rather than helping their members.
I’ve faced lack of clear communication, and an overall dismissive attitude toward my needs. It’s disheartening to feel discriminated against simply because of the type of insurance I have.
I hope this company takes member concerns more seriously and reevaluates how they provide customer service and handle claims. People rely on their insurance in times of need, and being met with roadblocks instead of solutions is unacceptable.”
This has to be probably the 2nd time in my 52 years that I’ve given anyone a five star in the medical field. Gold Coast health customer service is incredible. Never have I been served with so much attention care and genuine Caring about a patient. Mirna absolutely phenomenal, Brenda and the list goes on. Tom Vargas thank you for having such an incredible staff that exemplifies Customer Service especially in the medical field.
