“How oddI actually live in Buna, Texas. But I'm pretty sure I've actually been to this medical center.I was walking up the coast. Talking to Jesus. Eventually made it to Santa Barbara and on to Seattle. This little journey began from watts CA Actually bumped into my sister and the next town up from Oxnard That was even stranger. But the popo ran me through the ringer After I bumped into all the military troops that were living under the ground. Ended up in the medical center and they kicked me out in the morning. They said i'd been up too long doing mess.“

“My first time being seen here, due to my primary MD unable to see me this week.I called and spoke with Estela. She was kind and professional on the phone. Was able to set up an appointment, with asking appropriate questions. Today was my appointment. The courtyard has a huge Magnolia tree, as their are other professional offices there.Due to the current Covid, they limit the amount of patient, in the office.The office itself was bigger than I expected.Dr Richard Nguyen saw me. He was courteous, thorough, and available for questions.The office staff kept me informed of me being seen while I was outside waiting and contacted me the day before. They offered an online portal, to access medical records which will be helpful.I believe that they have gained a permanent client in me.Being a Registered Nurse, I know what to expect and what not to expect from an office visit. I was impressed!They do speak Spanish, as well.Thank you very much for a wonderful visit!“

“I have been Faithfully coming back to see Dr. DeJong. Dr. DeJong has helped my health so much since started seeing him!!! I started having major health issues in 2018, was diagnosed with pancreatitis in 2021 and had surgery. But even after surgery I started to have complications, after finding Dr. DeJong he has helped to find me answers to my health crisis and he does not stop trying to find answers. I truly believe this doctor is God Sent and I'm very thankful to have found him. He's a walking miracle. Do not go anywhere else, the best MD is right here in Ventura County! “Doctors are great here ! They are so professional and respectful! I've been pregnant twice and both pregnancies I've went to this clinic they are great ! I also take both my kids here and I like the doctors my kids have had. I think like all Clinics sometimes an appointment will be available sometimes not and that's okay. If it's urgent I usually take my kids to urgent care or ER. The ONLY thing that I do have a complain about is the women that answer the phone. I totally get that we are All human we have bad days ! But Come on ladies we can work on those attitudes! The only woman that occasionally picks up the phone and is absolutely so sweet and kind is Gabby ! Haha Since I've been at this clinic for 3 years I learned her name ! All I'm saying is maybe they can all learn some kindness from Gabby! She can give them a training and maybe the clinic can give her a raise because she surely deserves it!“
