“The front desk staff on July 9 were super helpful. They got me in early. My appointment was at 430 and I was done with my other appointment and I was local and they got me in at 3 pm. They got me in did the full examination. The Digital assistant is nice. Dr. V is on the screen and manages from her end the exam. Super cool technology I love this. I had the best experience . “This place is well-organized, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience browsing and narrowing down my choices down to a few pairs of eyeglasses. The staff were so nice to help me figure out which one I liked best. Also, it's good to know that the return period is 100 days, even though I don't have plans to return my eyeglasses--sometimes it does take that long to decide if a frame is for you.“

She helped me choose frames that suited me, plus she put a "rush" on the glasses that I needed right away for a big rehearsal. Melissa was professional and solution minded. She offered for me to come down and let them see if they could do a small fix for free when other optometry offices wouldn’t. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and they helped me right away. They fixed my glasses when my own Optometry offices wouldn’t. I highly recommend their services. The quality and care for people make them the best.“

“Even the day before the holiday, Carissa had the most patience with a customer who struggled with language. She was so patient and tried so hard and I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable and professional she was today. We came in months ago and I or my daughter glasses and she made my daughter feel so so comfortable with picking out glasses. The staff when you walk in are sweet and greet you right away. They are also patient but I couldn't catch the name tag. Lastly, the doctor was so knowledgeable and gave me great options for my concerns she really listens.
