The front desk staff on July 9 were super helpful. They got me in early. My appointment was at 430 and I was done with my other appointment and I was local and they got me in at 3 pm. They got me in did the full examination. The Digital assistant is nice. Dr. V is on the screen and manages from her end the exam. Super cool technology I love this. I had the best experience . Thank you Focus Vision.
Had such a great experience at focus vision calimesa. From the front office staff to Albert who performed my thorough and informative exam and to the video call with the dr who still was able to perform tests while not physically in the room. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back
I was almost hesitant on going to focus vision after using the old Yucaipa location 8 or so years ago. However I was impressed and blown away at the care I received at the calimesa location. My experience was nothing like the many years ago. Glad I decided to try again. I will only be using focus vision Calimesa from now on.
Everytime I go, the appointment runs smoothly and the attendants are all super nice. I read the negative reviews of this place and I don't ever understand why they are so negative. I've always had a really positive experience every appointment I've had.
