The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the process of choosing glasses and checking in/out efficient. This place is well-organized, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Customers have praised the great customer service, including answering questions and providing updates on prescription delivery. The eye doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, bright, organized, and professional. The return period is 100 days.
I came in to see about getting my glasses replaced because one of the nose pads broke off. Sue fixed it up for me and replaced both nose pads in like 5 minutes! Thank you so much!!!
Julia and Monica are the best that do it! There is none to compare if your not getting your glasses from here than your not getting the BEST!!!!!!!!! 🫶🏾💯🔥💪🏾🤞🏾🤦🏾♀️

Went in at 4:30 pm, everyone was Freindly and professional! When I first arrived they were somewhat busy, however, a very kind gentleman greeted me. He then came over and assisted me with which glasses looked best on me, personality plus! Monica took me in for my exam, she was fun and very knowledgeable, she then introduced me to Dr. Dang, she was the most efficient and knowledgeable eye doctor I ever met. When she was complete with eye exam, as well as, contacts she introduced me to Sue to go over all the billing. She was freindly and efficient, as well!, Bing, bang, boom I was done in an hour! Did I mention I was a walk in!
