The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the process of choosing glasses and checking in/out efficient. This place is well-organized, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Customers have praised the great customer service, including answering questions and providing updates on prescription delivery. The eye doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, bright, organized, and professional. The return period is 100 days.
Excellent experience! I found three pairs of glasses I really liked with Riley’s help. I got in and out quickly as every staff person there worked well as a team. Thank you!
Came in to switch the lenses from my Ray-Ban Metas into a different Ray-Ban Meta frame and Sue at the Redlands store was so nice and did a really good job for me. I appreciate it and there was no charge.! Will return
I came in to see about getting my glasses replaced because one of the nose pads broke off. Sue fixed it up for me and replaced both nose pads in like 5 minutes! Thank you so much!!!
