To: Dr. Narvarro Orange Plaza Optometry 458 Orange Street Redlands CA 92374From: Ms. BanksMy visit on Thur. 10/19/23 was less than satisfactory so I won't be using your services in the future.I asked for the arms of my glasses to be heated & bent so they will fit tighter but what I received instead was the left arm loose as if the screws had been removed & I guess that's why it took longer for the glasses to be returned to me than they should. Neither of the arms was loose when I gave it to you they just need to be bent back & adjusted. The Dr. had the audacity to tell me this is normal wear & tear.I was asked to sign a form stating that you won't be held responsible...read full review

Great service and fast getting everything done. Will be returning back next time and highly recommend to anyone in need of an exam, glasses, and even prescription on Oakley sunglasses

office staff was warm, friendl, and promptly professional. Dr. Navarro was equally pleasant and professional , explaining eye physiology, anatomy, and the particulars of my eyesight deficits in terms I could readily understand.
