She was able to identify how all these issues were somehow linked and begin treating me to provide relief of the main issues I came to her for. “I am going to Fitness Philosophy because of a minor knee injury that hurt in a major way. ( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position.
