Our main design computer crashed. I called and Darren answered. I explained the urgency of the situation and Carlo was onsite in about 1.5 hrs. Turns out the motherboard died. He quickly gave us the options for a new motherboard, and once we decided on the one we wanted, he packed up our desktop and said he will be back tomorrow with the computer. The next day he returned before noon with our computer. The thing looked & ran like it was brand new. He updated the operating system and installed all our printers/peripherals and connected it to the network. While he was here, we had him do some fixes to our other computers & printers.
Carlo saved us! Without this computer we were stuck.
