A very good buying experience. I saw what I wanted, they have it in stock and I’ll be getting it Thursday. Not sure that quick turn around will happen after tariffs mess with the supply chain. We were lucky. And loved working with Dan. He knows what he is doing and very pleasant.
I had a fantastic experience shopping for furniture at Lazy Boy. Joy and Ish were very knowledgeable about the Lazy Boy products and helped me choose the perfect furniture for my home. Ish was available to come to my home with fabric swatches. It was so nice to be able to choose the perfect fabric for my space. She also designed the furniture placement! When the delivery men came, I had my printed design sheet and the three deliverymen knew exactly where to put the furniture pieces. Ish was our designer and was extremely helpful in narrowing down the sofas ( there are so many to choose from) we should concentrate on according to our living space. It was a lifesaver and also a time saver. She understood that our living space might be different from others and found an option that works for us.
