Red carpet service from Dan at the showroom was the best. My Morrison Power Recliner w/Headrest and Lumbar arrived today and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This is a chair that I can grow old in. LOL :) The quality is exquisite, the comfort beyond description. My delivery guys, Sergio and Rodolfo were pleasant and professional. I received courteous text messages the morning of to let me know the status of the delivery window. This was very helpful for me. They delivered my recliner with care and assembles it in record time, showing me how it operates and making sure everything was functional before they left.

I have been looking into buying a new sofa bed, and there was a great Memorial Day sale at La-Z-Boy. Joy helped me over the phone with selecting all of the features I wanted for the sofa bed I wished to purchase. She encouraged me to come into the store to check out the swatches in person, and I’m glad I did because I ended up selecting a different color. She made the process smooth and easy. I appreciate that the sofa bed has a tempurpedic mattress option, and I loved that there were plenty of nice fabric options to choose from. Customer service was excellent as well as selection of recliners. Finished product was delivered earlier than expected and well built. It’s been three weeks since I received my order and I’m enjoying sitting in it every day.
