“I am making the transition to hand controls for my car. As part of this, I recently took an initial evaluation / driving lesson with Derrick. He was great. He patiently showed me the different types of hand controls, how they work, and answered my questions. I then went on a driving lesson with Derrick in his car that is outfitted with hand controls. This initial visit was very thorough, taking about two hours. I now have a sense of how hand controls work, the various options available, and what will and won’t work for me. Overall this visit was very useful; I don’t know how I would’ve figured it all out without Derrick’s help. I highly recommend him.“

The staff is responsive, and they offer flexible payment options to accommodate different needs ☺️. “Great driving school and instructors! They were easy to contact and communicate with. Shane, who handles the scheduling, is very responsive and answers all inquiries and efficiently. Lessons are very convenient since they pick you up and bring you back to your meet up point/home.

I booked 3 adult lessons and the day of test review/assistance. Phillip, the driving instructor is patient and thorough. He knows how to teach and has very in-depth knowledge about driving in the Bay Area. He makes sure that you are skilled and confident before taking the test. He gave good tips ans I was able to pass the 1st time. Not only does he make sure you are ready for the test day, he also makes sure that you are comfortable to drive beyond the test (freeway, parking, backing, driving, etc). I was very scared on my first day, but now I feel more safe and secure with driving. The driving lessons were well worth the time and money.
