The entire staff at Burlingame Family Pet Hospital are fantastic. Dr. Dorothy Hoppe is the best. She is not only a great doctor but takes the time to get to know not only your pet, but you. She listens, a rare quality among doctors of any type. The rest of the doctors are much the same. The administrative staff are always kind and helpful. I recommend this place highly.

For me it is the best, before I have a cat and I went to white hospital in San Bruno it was not only frustrated but sad situations, Masson hospital I’m not sure it is bcs only those two hospitals in SB but it was sad I feel finally we are in the save veterinary clinic Than you Very Much

They were able to take me in last minute. I wasn’t rushed, everyone is friendly & the Doctor was extremely helpful. She offered me several choices of treatment in different price ranges and explained the differences. She also showed me how I could save on the cost of the meds too. The staff was patient and friendly while giving my dog, Hambone, his shots and I wasn’t pressured at all about purchasing anything. I thought he needed a teeth cleaning & nail trim and she said no, he’s fine! So she’s definitely not out to charge big bucks on unnecessary services.
