Aman responded right after I sent the requested. Able to stop by next day. Very transparent on the pricing before he came. And he fixed my dishwasher not draining issue. Highly recommended!
Aman is the dream repair man. He was prompt, brought his own booties and very knowledgeble. But so rare today, he is honest!! He came to assess my LG washer and told me that the bearing of the drum is wearing out which explains the repeating of the rinse cycle (plus we use too much soap). He told me that repair is possible but not guaranteed and best to replace when the machine gives out. He also did not charge me for the visit, even though I protested. I expect a lot from my service providers and Aman exceeds all my expectations!!
