He took the time to explain many things I didn’t fully understand about my recent foot surgery and how it’s affecting my body. He helped realign me and showed me how everything in the body is connected. I left feeling much better informed and encouraged about my recovery. I already booked my next appointment.“

150 Lombard St Ste 2, San Francisco“Dr. Reh is truly a lifesaver. I came in with a torn rotator cuff and, thanks to his treatment, I was still able to complete my planned swim from Alcatraz. He takes the time to really listen, understand what’s going on, and explain what he’s doing. His depth of knowledge and care are exceptional. I wasn’t much of a believer in acupuncture before, but the results speak for themselves. I’m incredibly grateful for his help.“

1365 4th St, San Francisco“Dr. Tracy Yu and the entire team are amazing - high quality care/treatment and available when you need it. I always get scheduled quickly and leave every visit feeling better. This is hard to find, especially after only 20 minutes and you leave with a focused home program. I am someone who avoids spine adjustments and love that there are so many other treatments - ART is my favorite.“

4044 18th St, San Francisco“I have been seeing Dr. Brian for chiropractic adjustments and ART for several years, and I have had only the best experience in his capable hands.
As an active person and a business owner, having back and hip issues is a huge inconvenience, and a major bummer. Dr. Brian always gets straight to identifying the issue, and I'm good as new within a session or two. He is patient, highly knowledgeable, kind, and always has my best interest at heart. I can't recommend him highly enough!
I'm particularly glad I found him because I didn't know anything about ART (active muscle release), and the majority of what we do in a session is muscle release work in addition to a small amount of chiropractic adjustment. This helps reset my habitual movement imbalances that create the misalignment in the first place.“

this is no easy feat. I’ve had multiple spinal fusions and joint replacement. Dr. Kirsten gentle adjustments are the reason I can walk at all.
Highly recommend dance with life chiropractic“

The use of a Tens muscle stimulation unit was nice and non invasive, the ultra sound therapy was helpful as well. His adjustment was precise and he constantly checked in with asking if I was comfortable or in pain.“

I have a very physical job and came to Dr Mazgaloff with lower back and hip pain, she knew exactly what I needed and had a treatment plan with her soft tissue work and cupping along with the adjustments I'm pain free at the end of the day and finally getting back to the gym.“

22 Battery St Suite 600, San Francisco“If you are an athlete or a desk worker dealing with stubborn pain, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Cohen and the ProActive team.
The Issue: As an endurance athlete and avid tennis player who also works a desk job, I developed acute Achilles tendonitis. The pain was so sharp that I could barely walk when getting out of bed in the mornings. My podiatrist recommended new footwear, stretching, and not playing tennis. Even after resting and following that regimen for weeks, that did not stop the pain...which is made me seek out an alternative approach, because I did not like how long this was taking and I love being active.
The Approach: Dr. Cohen looks at the body holistically. He has an uncanny ability to understand how the entire chain connects—how the head (and even my thoughts!) affects the foot. He focused on realigning my overall posture and balancing out my muscles to address the heavy rotation from my sport.
The Result: The sharp pain completely vanished after a few sessions. It has been over a year now, and I am still 100% pain-free.
Dr. Cohen is incredibly intuitive and possesses a level of expertise that sets him apart from other healthcare practitioners. He doesn't just treat symptoms; he fixes the root cause. He is approachable, funny, good-natured, kind, and curious. I highly recommend him!“

420 Old County Rd, Pacifica“My colleague and I initially stopped by Coastal Family Wellness to learn more about their services, and Marisol was incredibly kind and informative. We were so impressed that I purchased a gift certificate for therapeutic ultrasound and electrotherapy to help with my husband’s sciatic pain.
He and I returned 2 days later so he could check out the space for himself, and the entire team was welcoming and compassionate. They were actually about to close, but when they learned he was in pain, they stayed and treated him that evening. That level of care truly meant so much to us.
He’s already feeling relief and feels completely confident that he’s in great hands. He’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments. After seeing how much it helped him, I’m planning to schedule a session myself for some upper back pain I’ve been dealing with.
We truly can’t thank the team enough for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Highly recommend!“

2400 Greenwich St, San Francisco“I dropped into Orangetheory in San Francisco while I was in town and ended up having one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. The staff greeted me right when I walked in and took the time to explain how everything worked so I didn’t feel lost. The coach that day had great energy and kept the whole room motivated without being over the top. The pace of the class was perfect and I felt like I could push myself without feeling overwhelmed.
The studio itself is clean, organized, and set up in a way that makes it easy to move through each block. The equipment looked really well maintained too. The heart rate tracking kept me focused and seeing the results in real time helped me stay on track. It was nice to be in a group environment where everyone was working hard but still in their own zone.
By the end of the workout I felt exhausted in the best possible way. If you are visiting the area or live nearby and want a workout that actually challenges you, this location is worth checking out. I left feeling stronger and honestly a little proud of myself for getting through it. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in San Francisco.“

190 W 25th Ave #4, San Mateo“I went in barely able to move, honestly ibuprofen was my only saving grace... and even saying that is generous. After one session I could actually stand up with less pain and was able to sleep through the night. After 3 sessions I could take my dogs on a long walk and even, might sound ridiculous, fully make the bed. I made sure to follow all of Dr. Kyle's instructions and it's made a huge difference. HIGHLY recommend Westside. They are extremely knowledgeable and are wonderful to work with.“
