“I suffered from splitting migraines and tension headaches for 15+ years. Hip pain, knee pain, lower back pain. Walking upstairs had been a real problem for me on my lower back. I had seen chiropractors before but it was always a very temporary relief. I came across this office on yelp and from the first call to them I knew it was the perfect place for me. Dr. Wilson is a life saver literally. After my X-rays showed stage 2 degeneration I was worried spinal surgery was in my future. I was so grateful they told me I was a candidate for their program. After three months I haven't had a single tension headache since the first adjustment. I can drive better as I can actually turn my neck to see my blind spots. My lower back doesn't even twinge going upstairs. I had a ugly grandma slouch and now I feel like I can walk tall. Dr Wilson gave me my quality of life back. “I had been to several chiropractors before. Some were good. Some were OK. Some were all after the money and we know it when they are. But with Dr. Aubrey, he's all about you and your health. At other chiropractic clinics, I felt like I was just a number. They got me in and out real quick so that they could get the next client/patient in. But that is not Dr. Aubrey. He sees and treats you like a person. At each appointment, he listens to my concerns and adds something more or/and different to each session, to make sure I feet better than when I come in. I do feel better every time after the adjustment, so much so that I wanted to see him twice a week but he said once a week should be good enough combined with the exercises he gave me. That tells you, for him, it's not about the money. Also, I really feel he's like a friend. Dr. Aubrey is a really cool and down-to-earth person. Besides the obvious topic of chiropractic, we talk about day-to-day topics like food, music, sports, family, and his dog. He has an adorable corgi named George. I mistakenly put it on CA spinal clinic, should have been for Hamed Alereza.I have been coming every week and it has been life changing.I fully endorse Dr Hamed Alereza’s adjustment skills. After 4 days of severe acute sciatica pain, I walked in with crutches, Dr Hamed Alereza was able to fix me in under 1 hour. It was magical. I was able to walk out of the clinic without the crutches.This is after 2 visits to an acupuncturist, 2 visitor to another chiropractor (which cost $200 per visit), 1 visit to urgent care. “This is my review of Dr. Israel Calva-Rosales of Foster City Chiropractic Center.A lifetime of injuries eventually left me with debilitating back and neck pain.Two sets of physical therapy, a medial branch nerve block, a bilateral medial branch, and a set of acupuncture treatments helped but did little to address the underlying problems with my spine.I have resumed moderate activities since my chiropractic treatments began a year ago.Don’t just assume weakness or discomfort in one’s hips, knees, shoulders, or other joints are a sign of old age and or arthritis. I was surprised to discover they required adjustments as well.My conclusion is nothing else will work until the spine and joints are aligned. In my opinion there’s no better chiropractor than Dr. Calva-Rosales to address it.“
