My career is extremely physically strenuous and i’ve always had discomfort in my lower back but never enough to stop me from getting out of bed. I was working a lot of OT from 12/30/23 to 1/4/24 and i was starting to experience back pain on 1/1/24 that progressively became worse. It was so bad that I could barely move around in bed without tearing up or squirming. I immediately made an appointment with Dr. Tam for 1/5/24 to figure out what was going on or at least get some type of relief for the pain. Dr. Tam does fine work on adjusting and is through on examination before working on a plan. The whole team is professional on taking care of what you need. Highly recommend for longterm chronic issues.

When you have pain, Dr. Tam is the one to see. Dr. Tam is an excellent chiropractor. He treats you with care & compassion. He is very knowledgeable of his craft.I started seeing Dr. Tam because of my back & spine issues causing me to have pain often. When it is really bad, I go see Dr. Pretty much, my pain level goes down by a lot just after one session & with follow up sessions, it gets rid of the pain.I am so grateful I found the right chiropractor. I do still see him occasionally for flare ups.
