Dr. Tam is exceedingly knowledgeable and his staff are very professional and kind. I had never been to a Chriopractor before, but it was a surprisingly very gentle and holistic process.
The use of a Tens muscle stimulation unit was nice and non invasive, the ultra sound therapy was helpful as well. His adjustment was precise and he constantly checked in with asking if I was comfortable or in pain.
Dr. Benson and team are phenomenal across the board. The doctor was able to assign reason to longstanding pain and has built a plan towards wellness that has already eradicated my daily headaches and hip pain. I have been receiving treatment at Benson Chiropractic for 3 months for neck, back, and shoulder pain. I have had significant improvement in all areas. The staff is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Benson Chiropractic as your chiropractor . Doctor Tam even takes the time too help me with stretching exercises and things I can do at home. I really trust him not too hurt me and feel entirely comfortable in his hands.
