The staff is mostly friendly and professional. The doctor that I see is Anthony Longoria he is very professional and friendly all the time. He is way better than the many doctors before him and a lot of them were very rude. The waiting time was an hour wait. The wait time has gotten better than before.

I had an evening appointment and was nervous due to the bad reviews about the clinic and the FNP Dedra Francis. My appointment was on time, she listen to my concerns, answered all my questions and was not in a rush. Dedra explained all the labs she ordered for me, and other orders she put in. She really listen to my health concerns and made she had the medical assistant make a follow up appointment

The jury is still out on this place. We just got approved for medical insurance through Contra Costa County. We previously had Kaiser for most of our lives. Our first appointment was for my husband's leg wound that we wanted them to look at to check if the antibiotics given by John Muir worked and if the infection was gone. The nurse practitioner refused to look at his wound. When he started to remove the bandage she kept telling him to leave it on. We were worried about the infection so he removed the bandage hoping she would look at the wound. After all, that is the only reason for the visit. Nope. She refused and sent her assistant in to re-bandage it. The assistant saw the wound and stepped out to talk to the NP about it. Came back with an iPhone to take pictures and went to show the NP. The assistant returned and didn't give us any information about what the NP thought. So we have no idea if his wound is still infected. Honestly, if the main reason for getting an appointment isn't acknowledged by the medical staff, what good are they?
