So disappointed in John Muir Healthcare operations. My wife and I set up appointments for yearly flu shots online, confirmed appointments via text, only to arrive and they give us post-it note numbers to come to desk to register, then given 2nd numbers to wait for going into room to fill out more paperwork. We had appointment-times which weren't honored Wait was quite long, so called Walgreens across the street and got flu shots without all the hurry up and wait approach with John Muir. They now send you to their urgent care area to wait with other very ill patients and can't see your doctor's nurse for routine tasks. This morning I had an ultrasound done at this Brentwood location. June was so wonderful that I had to remember my Yelp password just so I can come on here to leave a review. She was kind, funny and very knowledgable. She made me super comfortable during the ultrasound and made it a pleasant experience. The woman who checked me in was also friendly and fast. If you need medical imaging done, this is a great location.
