He is the one who creates several designs with a computer program that gives you a very realistic idea of what your garage will look like. He is the one that contracts & arranges for epoxy flooring if you so desire. He is the one who comes to your home and takes down any overhead racks you have in your garage and helps move heavy items, like refrigerators, out of the garage pre installation. He is the one who installs your cabinets and then helps bring all your garage belongings back into the garage for you. This is not a one-an-done company. Kyle goes way out of his way to make you have the best experience possible with such a major renovation as a garage. So, yes his products are high quality wood cabinetry that will last a lifetime, but I chose Bespoke for the exceptional service I was given from start to finish!“

“I recently purchase high quality wood laminate flooring for my 2700 square foot home. I went to the Indio store and met the sales associate Dave Lanterman and he quickly greeted me as I entered the store but didn't hover but gave me space to browse. Then when I was ready he was quick to assist with helping me select the product I wanted. We scheduled a associate to come out and measure. Then later that afternoon I got the quote because I requested a quick response due to a closing escrow. The quoter was a little higher than another smaller retailer but when i told him they matched the lower quote. I went with Carpet Empire because I had a previous good experience with them and they had been in business for many years. We scheduled the installers and they showed up on time and completed installation of beautiful new floors. “I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Emser tile and their staff. Everybody was fantastic and very helpful however, Lori Fisher was outstanding.

I was a total novice and had no idea about tiles or anything else, and I was trying to renovate three different bathrooms at the same time. It was a herculean feat and I didnt know where to start.

Lori Fisher took me under her wing, and we went room by room and tile by tile itemizing tiles and finishes that would best suit me and my family. She actually even made diagrams and wrote everything out. She followed up with the various contractors and made the whole process easy, fun and successful.
