John and Ian are pros. The carpeting I wanted was not available for 7-9 weeks and they knew I wanted it sooner (although I didn't necessarily need it sooner) - So, I could have waited.I had seen the next level up of the same carpeting and wanted to move forward with that. Even though it was twice as expensive, John really discouraged me from getting it saying it was just not worth the money. He even suggested the next level down in the carpeting (it had 4 levels), saying I would have a hard time telling the difference between my original delayed choice and the one he was suggesting. John and his team do phenomenal work. We recently had the majority of the flooring in our home replaced. This involved removing tile and carpet. The craftmanship of the tile work was superb, the carpet installation work was flawless. Magsam's is a family owned business, you deal with the owners. We highly recommend Magsam's in respect to product selection and quality, craftmanship, attentoon to detail and customer service.
