Flor on Fourth did a marvelous job with the arrangements I ordered for my niece's engagement party. Since I couldn't be there, it was important to me that the arrangements were one of a kind and not something you would find in a grocery store. The florists were very good about working within our budget and using unique flowers. It was important for my niece and her fiance to use vendors for their wedding events that were minority women owned and lgbtq friendly, so I was thankful to find this small business met their requirements.
