Terrible service. Long waits. Completely awful setup for children during long wait and my daughter bumped her head when I was trying to pull away from electronics. They kept us waiting almost an hour for vaccines because they had accidentally registered that the vaccines were completed when we checked in and then had to get special approval to give vaccines. It’s unfortunate because there are some talented medical staff
I have been getting care here for a little over a year, and have had exceptionally positive experiences with the doctors and other people who work here. Very considerate and sensitive, remarkably aware of my chronic illness (CFS), and they explain things well. I have also had no difficulty with wait times or with feeling rushed during appointments, which can be a difficult combination to pull off. The one problem is that scheduling with the OB-GYN department is challenging.
The OBGYN practitioners are wonderful, but the scheduling is a mess. Appointments always run 30 min behind at minimum. Since you’re told to arrive 15 min early, you spend a very long time in the exam room before being seen. It’s also hard to schedule regular appointments due to practitioner availability.
