Whatever you do, do not schedule an appointment with Brittany Urban in gynecology. She is the absolute worst, and charged me $230 for a service that I did not consent to. No exam, no test, just a couple of questions for $230, billing dept. would not help either. This is completely unethical and fraudulent and exploitative and now I see many other reviews on here mention the same thing.Brittany could have asked me if I wanted to continue with this separate service but no - how am I supposed to know that you can charge me simply for having a conversation with some midwife?I’ve had such a bad experience with this that now when I go to a doctor I will disclaimer to only...read full review

Do NOT go to Anna Kaplan.Anna Kaplan had advised us to triple feed and her assistant went on about how the formula bottles they gave us had a slow flow (which we all know is absolutely false). Pediatricians are not feeding specialist, sleep specialist, or an IBCLC. After our appt our baby needed to nurse before leaving and we asked to stay in the room, they moved us to another available room and then came back in to kick us out. There were SO many available rooms and we had to nurse in the car instead. Unacceptable. Our baby was trying to gain weight and they had us on a triple feed plan but we weren’t allowed to stay to nurse.Also cry it out methods are detrimental...read full review

I arrived 25 minutes early for an appointment, and after I checked in took a call outside the front door of the building until my appt time. When I came back (on time) the intake staff person reprimanded me for going missing, lectured me on the inconvenience I caused her, and said that I should never do it again should I return to Sutter Health. She was condescending and rude. It was extremely upsetting and I will be seeking follow up care elsewhere.
