My rating of 5 stars is purely due to the help of Ryan Garcia. Although the rest of the SG staff is kind, there are some clear communication issues. My apartment was supposed to be move in ready by 08/01, but things were nowhere near ready. We were not even given our keys, making things harder. Ryan Garcia was however extremely helpful and doing whatever he could to ensure our time wasn't wasted. He resolved my issue in less than 3 hours and was very patient as I voiced my issues. Our first impression to SG Real Estate is off to a sour start but the team should give Ryan Garcia praise for easing the burn, as I would for sure be more upset if it weren't for his helpfulness.
