Coldwell Banker Realty - Berkeley

We’re so thankful for all of the help and guidance Sylvia Snyder gave us during our first time buying a home. We had no idea what we were getting into, but Sylvia was able to answer any questions we had and was always willing to talk us through whatever process using her extensive experience. We never felt pressured to make a decision and was always given time to think and consider. She is a great communicator who responds very quickly and is very well connected. She even helped connect us to a local rescue when some other issues unrelated to the home buying process came up! Sylvia is such a warm and patient person to work with, and we would recommend her to everyone!

Jenny Hernandez was an AMAZING realtor. She went above and beyond to ensure my home purchase went as smooth as possible. She was very thorough and detail oriented, which I appreciated, and had no problem explaining things to me that I didn't fully understand. Truly a great realtor.

I have worked with a couple of real estate agents from this office. The office is in a great location, with a bunch of little shops area. The teams are focused on service and keeping the selling and buying process as stress free as possible. As a mortgage lender I know how important this is on getting the home you are making an offer on.
