My wife and I worked with Megan and her excellent team to sell our mid-century modern home in the Berkeley Hills. It was an architect designed house from 1968 that had been sensitively updated by a well known San Francisco architect specializing in interior spaces. Megan immediately recognized the importance of the home's pedigree and emphasized those qualities in marketing the property. Megan is the North Berkeley house whisperer, and we still cannot believe how quickly our dream became a reality.

We found her online and were immediately drawn to the architecturally interesting, historic homes she specializes in. After one introductory conversation and a single weekend tour, we found a house that genuinely touched our hearts: a beautifully updated Craftsman filled with wood, stunning hardscaping and landscaping, and views of the bay, nestled in the North Berkeley foothills near parks and the farmers market.
