SG real Estate became the property managers of the units we have been renting. As part of the transition and for lease renewal, worked with one of their staff Shadi. She dealt with the transition very professionally, was very responsive and understood the needs of both sides and helped reach a mutually acceptable solution. appreciate their help.
A couple of days ago our bathtub and kitchen sink stopped draining.. we left a message and promptly got a email from Ann, the assistant property Mgr. She coordinated with Brenda the Property Mgr and sent out Jorge.
Jorge is a jack of all trades that SG relies on. The problem was located quickly, a broken pipe.Jorge got it fixed within a hour and everything was flowing again,,,,yay!”

Colter is very friendly and helpful as well as the phone support staff. My experience has been good. Very nice to pay rent online or send payment directly to the office. I am new tenant for only a few months but so far the SG real estate staff has been good to me. The unit that I am renting was renovated with up to date kitchen counter tops, wooden floors, and modern bathroom sink with clean bathroom tiles. Would recommend to anybody in need of an affordable home in Oakland.
