Over the phone I told the hairdresser that I had medium length hair but it actually was considered long which was an honest mistake. I went in for a keratin treatment so it took a bit longer than expected due to the hair length. However, the hairdresser stayed half an hour after closing to finish my hair & really did her best considering my hair is a bit dry. She went above and beyond despite the salon being closed & I really appreciated it. Haircut was great, the keratin treatment speaks for itself based on other reviews. Definitely coming back!

I love Kim's haircuts and have been going to her for over 5 years now! Don't expect a super fancy salon with styling and washing, but great for a simple haircut at an affordable price. I always get lots of compliments on my hair after getting it cut at Image Salon, and little do people know it only cost me $35!
