I've started taking Gentle Body Love Yoga with Angi on Mondays and I can't stress enough how much I love this class. I've never felt more comfortable in a yoga environment. After sitting all day at a computer it gives my back and neck the much needed relief they need. It is go at your own pace, and with plenty of mindful rest built in.

Love coming here. It's a whole lot more down to Earth than other yoga studios I've gone to in the area. There's a sweet, open hearted community that comes to this studio and the surrounding strawberry creek is so pretty. I have been going to Angela Madonia's prenatal classes and she is absolutely lovely and holds very nourishing space for new mothers and babies.
