I don't feel safe here at all. They didn't do dialysis yesterday and today they brought the solution and they don't know how to use it. I'm very scared. I came here and I'm confident that they will treat me.
Wow. There’s bad, there is awful, and then there is hell, but even then there is a category of horrible that is Alta Bates ER in Berkeley. I was sent over by Sutter Urgent Care to the ER for a cardiac work up after I got a dog bite. I should have let the dog eat me so I wouldn’t ever possibly have end up in this place again.
The staff is nice enough, Doctor’s seem competent enough, but this ER has no understanding of the concept of urgency, and I would hate to have to come or be sent here for a trauma. I went to the emergency department tonight and I didn’t get no proper help at all
I’m so disappointed
The doctor didn’t take the time to listen to me
Everything was so rush
I’m never coming here again
I had to go somewhere else to get the proper treatment
