They really showed high level craftsmanship in all their custom fitted copper installations, including large rounded roof and dormer sections, oversized flashings, along with gutters and downspouts of course. Beware homeowners... insurance companies in CA are reviewing roofs using aerial photography and even a shadow in a photo is enough for them to suspect that your roof is faulty and put you into a "non-renewal" status... meaning your policy is going to get cancelled unless you get a licensed roofer to inspect and write a report determining your roof to be in good shape. A little panic on our end because our roof is in good shape/no leaks, and we couldn't quite be sure what would satisfy the insurer, and we didn't want to have to redo the whole roof.
