This was my first time at Eye Catchers, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it went. When I first called to make an appointment, Gabby answered all the questions I had. She told me they took my mother's insurance (Health Plan of San Mateo) and explained everything I needed to know about my mother's coverage and how it worked. the staff were incredibly patient and kind. My mother loves to talk, and Mirna listened closely for over 30 minutes! They have a large selection for HPSM members and even high end if we wanted. Super affordable compared to other places!

Very nice folks. Products are very reasonably priced. If your prescription and add-on's are complicated, be sure to go over everything before it goes to the lab. The lab itself is sometimes a problem (not Eye Catcher's people) -- so it is good for them to remind and highlight anything special for the lab. If, by any chance, the lab sends something back incorrect, Eye Catchers will make sure it is all made right for you.
