They picked up and dropped off my dress promptly (they give you a live ETA of the driver on the day they pick up/drop off)--I love how I didn't have to drive to drop off or pick it up myself. They also did an excellent job with the cleaning and preserving--my dress was extremely dirty after my wedding. It was raining the night before my wedding and my ceremony was outdoors, so my dress was really muddy by the end of the ceremony, but after it was cleaned, it was spotless and retained it's original look! Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix.
