“I loved how easy it was to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved with Elegance Preserved! They picked up and dropped off my dress promptly (they give you a live ETA of the driver on the day they pick up/drop off)--I love how I didn't have to drive to drop off or pick it up myself. They also did an excellent job with the cleaning and preserving--my dress was extremely dirty after my wedding. It was raining the night before my wedding and my ceremony was outdoors, so my dress was really muddy by the end of the ceremony, but after it was cleaned, it was spotless and retained it's original look! I had purchased my dress from Janene's Bridal Boutique in Alameda and they had referred me to Elegance Preserved with a $100 discount for cleaning/preservation. “I've been going to Laurel Cleaners for a few years, mostly for tailoring but also dry cleaning on occasion. They always do a wonderful job, especially on original hem for jeans. Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix. The person who answered was extremely helpful and gave me a ballpark figure. My husband brought my daughter there. It was a great experience. They were so reasonable (saved $30) and fast. “Amazing dry cleaner service!
I have used them three times before leaving a review. 1st time it was just a blouse that had some pretty bad stains and I was ready to throw away if they did not come off. The blouse looked like new, I was very happy about it. The 2nd time it was two winter jackets, and the 3rd time it was 1 evening dress, 2 shirts, and a pair of dress pants. And once again, the clothes looked sparking new within a few days only.

Their turn around time is very fast, their service is very high quality, and the price is reasonable, in my opinion.

Will definitely be back when needed.“
