I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week. “I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

“We just completed our new roofing project and WOW, it turned out beautifully! Thank you, A-1 All American Roofing, for not only giving our home a new look but also for making the entire process smooth and pleasant from start to finish.

I first contacted A-1 in May, after using them back in the early 1990s for our first roof replacement, to schedule an inspection and get an estimate. From the start, I was impressed with Darci, who was so friendly and personable on the phone. Soon after, Soroush arrived right on time, did a full roof inspection, presented pictures of what he found, and, as we suspected, confirmed it was time for a new roof. We were fortunate that the roof A-1 installed over 30 years ago lasted this long, but after experiencing leaks during heavy rains these past few years, we could not prolong it any further.

Soroush provided us with an A-1 Roofing packet, brochures of different products, sample boards, and emailed estimates for each roofing type. He even offered to order more samples if we needed. As we prepared to have our house fumigated first, it gave Darci and Soroush time to order additional samples. I was delighted when Soroush brought Darci along to deliver them. They both gave thoughtful input on which colors might complement our driveway pavers, with Soroush recommending the CertainTeed Presidential TL in Solaris Autumn Blend. Still, I wasn’t sure, and I had to see it on an actual roof before deciding on such a big investment. What I loved about both Darci and Soroush was their patience, sincerity, and understanding.

At first, my husband and I planned to call other roofing companies to compare prices. But after just a couple of weeks working with them, we felt we were already in the best hands. Then, by pure chance, I happened to see a roof I fell in love with next to a friend’s house. When I asked what it was, I found out it was the same roof Soroush had recommended from the start—the CertainTeed Presidential TL in Solaris Autumn Blend. That sealed it for us!

Once installation week arrived, the crew showed up exactly at 8:00 a.m. Monday and even earlier on hot days. Every morning they greeted us with a smile and a cheerful “Good morning!” Their dedication showed. They were organized, protected our driveway, worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. Despite the extreme heat, they never complained and kept going strong. By midweek, additional crew members joined to ensure completion by Friday. I was so impressed by how seamlessly everyone worked together, each knowing exactly what to do.

“I am writing this review for the awesome people that I have experienced with in Ameco. there are a lot of people in the company but Kasey, Melissa, and Eric really made my whole experience a lot smoother. The whole process did take a while but that is mainly due to 1) so cal Edison waiting to get the PTO and 2) from the influx of all the orders for solar install due to the end of federal tax credit. I admit that due to the waiting period I was getting very irritated. Imagine spending all these money on the system to try to save energy cost but ended not being able to use it for almost 6month. But Kasey, Melissa, and Eric made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. Kasey did a wonderful answering all my question during my estimate phase but not only that she still able to help me afterwards even though it wasn’t her department. Eric was detail oriented and not only installed the system beautifully but his paint job on the conduits was magnificent. The end was the part that got to me due to the waiting and communication but once Melissa took over, everything was smooth sailing after that.
