“I am writing this review for the awesome people that I have experienced with in Ameco. there are a lot of people in the company but Kasey, Melissa, and Eric really made my whole experience a lot smoother. The whole process did take a while but that is mainly due to 1) so cal Edison waiting to get the PTO and 2) from the influx of all the orders for solar install due to the end of federal tax credit. I admit that due to the waiting period I was getting very irritated. Imagine spending all these money on the system to try to save energy cost but ended not being able to use it for almost 6month. But Kasey, Melissa, and Eric made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. Kasey did a wonderful answering all my question during my estimate phase but not only that she still able to help me afterwards even though it wasn’t her department. Eric was detail oriented and not only installed the system beautifully but his paint job on the conduits was magnificent. The end was the part that got to me due to the waiting and communication but once Melissa took over, everything was smooth sailing after that. “Steve Pinkus is an extraordinary person and businessman. I left him a message last week at the end of the day. I followed with texting him pictures of my roofing dilemma with an extremely aged roof that is beyond repair atop a tall 2-story Victorian home. Replacement cost are prohibitive for my family. I had previously awoke in the middle of the night with the idea of tarping the roof before El Niño. Enter Steve. I texted him pictures and to my surprise he began reaching out! I was looking for the cost to tarp or any recommendations. Steve took the time to review my pictures and point out the dangers to anyone attempting to step on the roof and how imperative it was to protect his crew. He explained what would be needed to tarp and without satellite imaging did not know if it was even possible. At this time I stopped our conversation and cried. I am not sure if I will reconnect with Steve to explore a quote, but can say that if I were to contract any roofer, it would be Royal Roofing! To have a company owner reach out, after hours, spend more time in communication, and care deeply about his employees and customers is why this company has been in business since 1980 and consistently rated highly. Sean came out to our recently purchased home after our insurance agent recommended a roof inspection, since we had discovered some hidden problems after moving in. Finding signs of a major roof leak and water damage was definitely stressful, but after mold remediation was completed, Sean quickly helped us figure out the exact source of the leak and scheduled repairs right away. This was a huge relief, as many other contractors take forever just to set a repair date or even give a quote. When it was time for repairs, Sean personally walked us through the process and made sure everything was going smoothly. Willie handled the interior roofing repairs and was both kind and professional. He explained what he was doing, kept me updated through each step, and even asked me to inspect the repairs to ensure I was satisfied before he left. He also went above and beyond by helping secure our downspout extenders to make sure rainwater would flow away from our house—something that’s very important in California’s climate. “I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.“

For both projects, they explained multiple price options, why they recommended certain options, and how other roofing installers cut corners. They arrived to start when originally stated, stayed on schedule and there were not any surprises along the way. If you want a budget roof install, I wouldn't recommend EC Roofing, but if you want a roof built to last, installed in a timely manner, for a solid price, then I would definitely recommend EC Roofing!“
