“First I want to give praise and recognition to Dr.Garrido. Myself and my daughter went in there separately and received the same level of top notch care from her. She listens and has actual empathy for people that she doesn't know, which is beyond rare. The last several weeks I've spent countless hours among doctors, nurses, and staff and loma linda hospital, Redlands hospital, and optum. I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I came to urgent care today for a separate issue and she gave me hope for the people practicing medicine. I do wish optum had a platform where patients/customers could provide feedback by doctor not as an umbrella Optum. Dr.Garrido you are right where you were meant to be!!“

“I have had two knee surgeries - one total replacement followed by a manipulation under anesthesia. I have had a rough go of it and had home therapy for a while. They came two times a week for about 15 minutes. I was FINALLY referred to Highland Springs Physical Therapy. Being very behind in my rehabilitation, it was a challenge. I have now been cared for by Cecilia and Julie Ann. They are incredible caring persons who know how to be persistent and keep me going when I am ready to give up. I owe my progress and my now hopeful attitude to them and I am very very grateful.“
