The EMERGENCY ROOM staff is HORRIBLE, as I sat in the HALLWAY I was able to HEAR EVERY person that was in the Hallway Diagnosis AND THE TESTS they were planning on doing ALONG with the results of the tests. THESE FOLK TREATED PATIENTS IN THE HALLWAY, I KNOW THEIR NEEDS, PRIOR HEALTH HISTORY AND WHATEVER ELSE THAT I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR, PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION IS SPREAD LIKE GOSSIP!!
IF YOU ARE DYING THAT IS THE ONLY REASON TO COME TO THIS HOSPITAL, BUT EVEN THEN PLEASE HAVE YOUR ADVANCED DIRECTIVES NEARBY

I want to personally reach out and give some feedback from a current stay my mother had at your facility. She has stage 6 dementia, fell, broke her hip and required surgery and a week long stay before finding a SNF with a bed.
I cannot beging to thank you for the quality of care your entire staff has provided. Starting with the er dept, we got right in and diagnosed within an hour of arrival.
